Glaze Workshop 2022

Can you believe it? As we're learning from our friend Alex Zablocki, the line between clay and glaze is a little more fuzzy than we realized, and a lot of the "rules" we thought we knew about ceramic materials can be broken with glee.

Alex will be leading us on an exploration of non-traditional techniques in this extra special workshop -- click here for a fun video from Alex for more info and then head to our website to enroll! We're offering this one Downtown on May 7+8 and in Santa Monica May 9+10, and there are just a couple spaces left.

Something Nice for Mom!

Mother's Day Gift Idea

If you haven't planned anything for Mother's Day yet, we've got you covered. Bring Mom to the studio for a fun and memorable pottery class and make a keepsake to cherish for years! Or let her keep her manicure looking nice and treat her to a lovely piece of pottery from our collection, like this gorgeous green vase, one of our bestselling Favorite Mugs, or a set of mini-bowls to help her stay organized in style.

New Clay Alert: Dragonfruit!

Dragonfruit Glaze is Back

Dragonfruit is a cone 6 clay body with lots of dark speckles throughout, and we cannot get enough of it! We sold out of this one pretty quickly when we first stocked it, but it's back in the studio now. If you're like us and love trying out new clays, we highly recommend this one!

Glaze Application Class is Back!

If you haven't met Amy Kivnick at the studio, you've probably swooned over her work. Her pieces have a character all their own thanks to her skillful and eye-catching glazing methods, which she has so generously agreed to share with us in a four week course that's all about what's possible with glazes. If you're looking for a way to bring new life to your work, this is the class for you.
