During this four week course, students will learn the basics of hand-building through pinching and coiling techniques. These skills can be used to create a variety of objects that include teacups, vases, bowls, and planters.

Students will also learn how to create textures and designs on their pieces and get creative with glazing. This class is perfect for those who have no experience with clay, as well as wheel throwers who would like to try something different. The fee for this course includes covers instruction, clay, tools, glazes, and firing.

Classes are two hours long and run for four consecutive weeks.

We strongly advise you to make sure you’ll be able to attend all class sessions before signing up. Make up classes are not currently available.

Masks and social distancing are required at all times at the studio.

Cancellations made 4 or more days before the start of the class will be refunded. A 50% refund or credit toward another class or workshop will be given for cancellations made fewer than 4 full days before the start date.
