Lizbeth Navarro was born and raised in Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico. In 2010 she earned a BFA in Ceramics from California State University, Long Beach. Liz has taught at various non-profit organizations that serve the underrepresented communities in Los Angeles as well as different private ceramics studios. She has taught at Inner-City Arts, Green and Bisque Clay House, The Infinite School, Brentwood Art Center and POT LA, and given lectures at Glendale Community College, Long Beach Community College, and the first Undocuprofessionals Conference among others. Her work has been exhibited at the Craft Contemporary Museum in Los Angeles, Grand Central Art Center in Santa Ana, CA, Irvine Fine Arts Center in Irvine, CA, Brea Gallery in Brea, CA and Northern Clay Center in St. Paul, MN. She currently lives and works in Monterey Park, CA.
