Online Charcuterie Arranging Workshop

Join Chef David Villatoro (@chef_davidv) for a fun Zoom class on assembling the perfect charcuterie board. Use the piece you made in Liz Navarro’s Sgraffito Workshop, one of our limited edition Still Life boards, or your favorite serving platter. Registration comes with a delicious charcuterie box that will include a selection of meats, cheeses, nuts, jam, and other tasty treats (serves 3-4) and a 45 minute Zoom class where David will tell you all about what’s in your box and give tips on how to arrange everything beautifully.

Chef Villatoro has been cooking for the past nine years, working in kitchens at Border Grill, Spago Beverly Hills, The Nomad Hotel, Club 33 Disneyland, and more. David is passionate about the craft and art of cooking, he loves feeding people and is especially fond of cured meats and cheeses, which we see shine through in his lovely and mouth-watering charcuterie spreads.
