Join us for a one-day workshop with Hedy Yang: Decorating with Amaco Underglazes and Inks!

Hedy Yang is back, this time to teach how to play with Amaco velvet underglazes and inks! This workshop is all about different ways to layer and use products to decorate your surfaces. We’ll be working with different techniques to be used on bisque and wet clay. 

During this one-day workshop, you'll learn how to layer, print, and play with velvet underglazes and inks on wet and bisque clay. 

• Techniques include:

  • Ombre Painting

  • Screen Printing

  • Mishima

  • Sgraffito

Items To Bring:

• 1-2 bisque pieces *Under 8" in any direction

Items provided for you: 

• Wet clay test pieces
• Materials/Tools

Firing:

You may fire your pieces with Still Life for an additional fee of 2 cents per cubic inch. This workshop is suitable for beginners.
